The John T. Additionally, a limited number of grants are available to organizations in the rest of Dutchess County through the Cardiovascular Fund.

Grants of up to $3,500 are available, with a total funding pool of approximately $20,000 annually. Applications must be submitted online by October 15, 2024, with awards announced in December.
