This program provides financial assistance to Georgia residents who have experienced a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, helping them cover medical expenses after exhausting other funding sources.
Description
The BSITF Distribution program offers financial assistance to individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or spinal cord injury (SCI) in Georgia. To qualify, applicants must have been legal residents of Georgia for at least 12 months or moved to Georgia to reunite with family as caretakers. Applicants must provide medical verification of the injury, which must be caused by specific types of accidents or assaults.
