Description

The Professional Development grant, offered quarterly by the Idaho Commission on the Arts, is aimed at supporting the professional growth of artists, arts administrators, K-12 teachers, educators, and Commission Teaching Artists. This opportunity provides funding for attending conferences, workshops, or other professional development events. Eligibility criteria include being a practicing artist or arts professional, at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, legal resident, or refugee, and an Idaho resident for at least one year before the application deadline. Restrictions include a limitation of one Quarterly Grant per fiscal year, ineligibility for certain award recipients during their award year, and specific rules for organizations based on their budget sizes regarding multiple applications for the same event. Projects must commence between July 1, 2023, and July 1, 2024.
