Description

The DCCF Ag Field of Interest Grants Program in Indiana is funded by local agricultural producers to support non-profit agricultural programming, educational training programs, youth farm programs, and the preservation of agriculture history in Decatur County. The grant focuses on funding areas such as civic and community, education, health and human services, arts and literacy, historic preservation, safety, and youth and recreation. High funding priorities include new and innovative projects or programs, those that can leverage Foundation funds as match or seed money from other donors, projects with significant community impact, and those that catalyze action and community participation. Low funding priorities include individuals (except for scholarships), government-funded programs, projects with DCCF as the sole funder, school curriculum-related projects, attendance to conferences or seminars, and advertising.
