USAID/Vietnam intends to issue a Cooperative Agreement for USAID/Vietnam's Inclusion III-b activity. The anticipated period of performance is from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026. Attached is the activity's draft Program Description (PD). We invite your comments/feedback on this draft PD. Any responses should be submitted to Hoa Nguyen at hoanguyen@usaid.gov and Patrick Kollars at pkollars@usaid.gov no later than COB Hanoi time, February 9, 2023. All responses will be considered prior to finalizing the PD. Please note USAID will not respond to questions related to this RFI at this time. Please be advised that this is not a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the U.S. Government to make an award.
