All Things Right & Relevant Foundation Grant
This grant provides funding to nonprofit organizations that create job opportunities and career development programs for individuals with mental health diagnoses residing in Yolo County.
The All Things Right & Relevant Foundation Grant aims to support organizations that offer employment opportunities or career development programs for individuals with mental health diagnoses. The foundation, which has been raising funds for local mental health agencies for over 30 years, is committed to assisting Yolo County residents who live with mental health challenges by providing them with meaningful employment opportunities. Over the years, the foundation has successfully raised over $500,000 for local nonprofits and provided supported employment to more than 50 local residents.
The grant is intended to support nonprofit organizations that are either based in or serve Yolo County. The funding is available to programs that are specifically designed to provide jobs and/or career development to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions. The Foundation is offering up to $55,000 per year for this grant, and the award is renewable for a total of up to five years. Although the foundation expects to award the entire amount to a single grantee, they are open to providing smaller grants if multiple applicants require funding.
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must meet certain criteria. First, organizations must be designated as a 501(c)(3) public charity or must be fiscally sponsored by such a charity. Additionally, the organizations must serve individuals who have a diagnosed mental health condition and who have been residents of Yolo County for at least one year. It is important to note that the funding cannot be used for addiction treatment. The selection process involves two phases: an initial submission of a Letter of Interest, followed by a full application for selected applicants.
Applications for the All Things Right & Relevant Foundation Grant will open on February 26, 2025, and the closing date for submissions is April 2, 2025. Local nonprofit organizations with relevant programs are encouraged to submit their Letters of Interest by the opening date. If selected, they will be invited to submit a complete grant application. The funding is intended exclusively for programs serving Yolo County residents, although the applying organizations may be based in Yolo County or elsewhere.
For any inquiries about the application process or eligibility, interested parties are encouraged to reach out to Carolina Valverde via email at carolina.valverde@yolocf.org. The Foundation encourages prospective applicants to ensure that their organization’s legal name and tax ID number are up-to-date in their grant profile.
